Hubungan Pengetahuan, Efikasi Diri dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Self Management Pasien Hemodialisis di Kota Bekasi

Abstract

Management of end stage renal disease requires to modify the patient's lifestyle in regulated diet, limited fluid, medication regimen, treatment of vascular access and adherence undergoing hemodialysis. Haemodialysis patients can optimize their own health, prevented complication and minimize the effects of the disease by carrying out self management. The objective research is to determinants  influencying Self Management patients undergoing hemodialysis. The research disign was cross sectional with consecutive sampling with 100 of a sample. The result showed there is a significant relationship between knowledge, family support and self efficacy with  self-management  (α =0.05, CI 95%). The most influential variable is the level of knowledge. This study recommends for educational activities as a forum to improve knowledge and control Interdialystic Weight Gain.
